The Gateway project in Mangawhai is now complete. Delivered in just four months, this industrial storage development has now been handed over, with tenants starting to move in. The build consists six storage units, ranging from 124sqm to 165sqm. Each unit features a kitchen area, bathroom, and an inbuilt mezzanine floor; designed to make the spaces practical and easy to use. Each unit also comes with 3–4 dedicated parking bays, adding to the functionality of the site.
