From concept to completion, it took just 6 months to deliver 549m² of new learning space at Kaipara College. In two stages, a total of 6 teaching spaces and 1 toilet block were delivered. With growing roll numbers creating urgent demand, modular construction proved the ideal solution, fast, efficient, and purpose-built for future-focused education.
