We’re looking for a senior construction leader to take full ownership of multiple commercial projects - programme, budget, quality, team performance, and client outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is strong on programming and contract administration, enjoys driving change, and is passionate about building and coaching high-performing teams.
Northland or Auckland based
$140k–$180k
Work vehicle + fuel + phone + laptop
Has hands-on experience running multiple commercial projects concurrently, across different stages and regions, delivering on time and within scope.
Is a strong programmer, able to control overall construction flow while still understanding the detail that makes or breaks delivery.
Takes a big-picture view of the pipeline, working closely with Sales and Pre-Con to ensure the right projects and a steady, manageable workload.
Is uncompromising on quality, compliance and client outcomes, with solid contract administration (NZS3910 or similar), Procore capability, and strong commercial awareness.
Is a steady, no-ego leader who builds A-Players, communicates clearly, follows things through, and is prepared to roll up their sleeves to drive meaningful change.
Experience with modular construction is a bonus.
